This is an instructor-led tea tasting journey from leaf to cup, hosted by the owner of Biron Teas. Participants will explore the history, origins, and production of tea while tasting four different teas. The tasting is paired with tea-infused pastries for a complete sensory experience.

Discover the artistry of tea and learn how one humble leaf is transformed into white, green, black, or oolong tea. Explore the fascinating process and key touchpoints each leaf goes through to become a finished tea or tisane.
In this guided tasting, you will sample a white tea, green tea, black tea, and oolong tea, while discovering the specific regions where each was grown.
This is more than just a tasting — it’s a rich education in tea. By the end, you’ll leave with a much deeper appreciation for the world’s favorite beverage.
