Returns & Exchanges:
Biron Teas takes pride in its products. If there is a problem with your tea orders please call 770-322-4001. We can not accept exchanges or returns of food items. This includes all tea and honey on this site. If your tea/honey arrives damaged, please take pictures of the items and email them to info@bironteas.com. Someone will be in touch about sending replacement products.
For non food items, if for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) in new and unused condition in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Orders should be sent to the address below. Please ensure that items are packed carefully so they do not break or become damaged during shipping. We cannot reimburse for shipping or fees, but will replace the cost of the item(s) only. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange. The refund/credit will be processed once we have received and processed the returned merchandise. The refund will be processed via the original method of payment, such as credit card or debit card. If the original card is not valid, has been lost or stolen, or expired, we will give store credit in lieu of a chargeback. Returns over 100 will incur a 15% restocking fee, and will be credited back original amount less restocking fee, shipping costs, and any other incured costs such as merchant fees.

Ordering:
Orders can be placed via this website. You may also place an order via email. Simply send your order, including product name, price, and quantity to info@bironteas.com. You will receive a return email with a final price, including tax and shipping costs. That email will also request a method of payment. Once payment is received and processed you will get an invoice via email and your order will be sent. You may also call: 770-322-4001 to place an order as well.
Payment Options:
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, and Paypal. The information is encrypted and secure. If you choose, you may also give this information via telephone by calling 770-322-4001.
Pricing:
We try to make sure every item has the correct pricing. However, if the produced is priced incorrectly, you will be charged the lower price. If the correct price is higher we will contact you before charging the card.
Shipping Rates:
Typically, online orders require 2-5 business days for processing before it is shipped. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to arrive within the continental U.S. Holidays and other heavy volume times, such as November and December, could extend processing and shipping times.
FREE ground shipping for orders over $70.00 USD, applies to retail orders shipping to one address within the U.S.**
Multiple ship-to addresses are not valid at this time. You must choose one address to which all items will be shipped.
Orders over $150 dollars will require signature upon delivery.
* U.S. Postal Service priority shipping rates cover all U.S. PO addresses as well as APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these rates apply to retail sales only.
**Biron Teas reserves the right to determine shipping methods when free shipping applies.
+ For larger orders, Priority Shipping may not be available. If package requires freight charges, those are not included as part of Free Shipping and may be charged to the customer.
International Shipping:
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time and only ship within the Continental United States.
