Keemum
A popular black tea often referred to as red tea in China, this tea is similar in flavor to our classic English Breakfast, which has Keemum as a main ingredient. It is a very mild, smooth tea. 
 
Amber Oolong (Shui Xian Oolong)
Often referred to as Rock Oolong due to it's granite finish, this tea is well balanced. 
 
Lapsang Souchong
A tea that is smoked over pine wood. It has both a smokey flavor and aroma.  The smokey flavor is noticable, but it doesn't overwhelm the malty, tannins that is so distinctive to this tea.
