Cancellation Policy
When booking a private tasting, refunds can be offered 1 week in advance. Cancellations can only be done 1 week prior to the tasting date. We cannot offer refunds to Pop Up Tea Flight and Rites. No shows do not constitute a refund and are charged the full amount.
