Afternoon, or often referred to as High Tea, is a wonderful custom with a rich history. We discuss on the podcast, Tea Fascination, how afternoon tea came into existence and the customs associated with it. This includes menus and etiquette. We were lucky enough to speak to Angela Renals who created Destination Teas and ask her about her favorite spots for tea in the US and what to expect from a classic afternoon tea now in 2022.
